Product Description
Phyto + is a soothing gel using botanical extracts as well as four active ingredients to help treat hyperpigmentation. It combines Kojic acid and arbutin, which are natural ingredients that act like Hydroquinone to fight hyperpigmentation. Cucumber and thyme help soothe and heal the skin.

This product was my introduction to the Skinceuticals line. I was given a small sample of Phyto+ to try for sunspots. I saw results within 2 weeks. Since then, over the last 8 months, my spots have continued to lighten and two have almost disappeared!
The serum goes on smoothly and can be used all over the face by itself, or with CE Ferulic, as is frequently recommended. One caution - if you accidentally use too much,and are very fair, you might see a slight greenish tint on your face.
I personally had better results without CE Ferulic (which for some reason didn't work for me). I now use Phyto+ mostly for individual spot treatments. I'll also use it all over my face as a base under my SPF30 moisturizer if I'm going to be outdoors for the day.
Finally, for those looking for a product that does not contain hydroquinone -- try this.
