This is the best cream I've ever used. I've been using the dermal repair for over 4 years and absolutely love it. It was recommended to me by my dermatologist. I had a dry, irritated spot between my nostril that comes from skiing. I tried everything and nothing helped. When I first applied the cream, it was so light that I thought it would not hydrate enough. Well, within 4 days of using the dermal repair, my dry, irritated spot disappeared!
Now, during ski season, if I feel the spot start to get irritated, I apply the dermal repair and it's better w/in a couple of days.
I also use the TNS Illuminating eye cream for the fine wrinkles around the corners of my eyes and it is 90% improved. I'm 40 yrs old and people tell me that they see no wrinkles but I still see a little of it when I smile.
I tried a few other products from Skin Medica but these two are my favorite. I tried their Environmental Suncreen but it was terrible. I think I was allergic to it because the skin on my face itched and I developed dry spots. I gave it to a friend and she didn't like it either. It didn't make her face itch but she felt it just slid off her face instead of being absorbed by it.

I've used this product for some time now (about a year). Whenever I read about a "great" new product in a magazine or see what the stars are using I try it. Frankly, this is the best. I am 39 years old, grew up in Miami, Florida and as a result suffer, excuse me, suffered from alot of sun spots. Also I smoke and my skin tends to be very dry. This product does it all! It completely moisturizes my skin and evens out my skin tone. It also firms your skin. As it states, it literally repairs your skin so this is good after a procedure such as; fraxel, photofacial, microdermabrasion, or dermaplaning. I use it morning and night. Some people may find it pricey, but as for me.........it's worth every cent!
