| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description Neutrogena's On-the-Spot acne treatment stocks Benzoyl Peroxide in a moderate, 2.5-percent solution. Just enough to clear up blemishes, but not so much that skin is left dry, red, or irritated.

Works great but causes discoloration in clothes and pillows December 30, 2008 R. Rao (Boston, MA, USA) The product works as advertised but with a MAJOR drawback. The benzoil peroxide produces discoloration in clothes and pillows by bleaching.
Can't live without it November 29, 2008 Anonymous Shopper (USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is one of tried-and-true products I feel I can't live without. Primarily I use it on my nose all day, every day, to control oil and shine; for this area, this product seems to have the perfect balance; haven't had a breakout there in a long time now and the oil is greatly reduced with only rare peeling. However it is a little too strong for such frequent applications on any other part of my face. It doesn't irritate or sting my skin, but I do have to make sure it is thoroughly absorbed before applying makeup. I use it on my chest and upper back only periodically, to keep those areas clear. A little does go a long way and is very effective in most areas. The only area it doesn't seem to help much is my chin; not sure why, but it has never done much in the way of prevention or clearing for that area. But then again, I haven't found anything else that helps there either.
