I ordered this product, hoping that it would work and it didnt. It was a mess and just made my problem worse. I ordered my own sulfur soap and used it rather than this product and it gave me much better results. Very dissappointed that I spent $35.00 on this item and to get that much dissappoint. I ordered a product called "Clenziderm" by Obagi, that is recommened by Dermatologists and from most spas and for $100.00 I saw much better results, when spending even more money. Will never try another product ever again, only Obagi "Clenziderm" worked for me...

Regular face washes didn't do anything for me and all proactiv did was make my face dry. I tried Joesoef after reading a ton of positive feedback about it on an online forum thread about acne. It works very well for me and has kept my face clear for almost a year now. I'm still using my first kit that I ordered directly from their site. They even threw in some freebies (samples of their other products I have yet to try). The big bar of sulfur soap, which I wash my face with every day, is just enough to keep acne away 90% of the time. I use the astringent/lotion when i do get break-outs.
I don't know why sulfur isn't marketed more though because it works very well without burning or drying skin.Overall I'm satisfied with this product and now have much less acne than before, and would definitely recommend it to anyone who hasn't found a product that works for him/her yet.

First of all, I must say this product works well. That's why I have bought it twice from Amazon. But I have a feeling that this particular supplier tries to fill internet orders with less desirable items that can not be sold on open shelves. The first time my order arrived, the packaging was badly stained. Since there was no leakage from the bottles inside, I just throw away the box. It did get me wonder if the box had been stained before it was packed for shipping. The second time I ordered, it's very questionable if the supplier put any effort on its quality control. I got 2 items that look fine, just like the ones I had ordered before. These two items and the packaging all have the word "New" printed. However, the other 2 items from the box are clearly from an old production line,(how old? I really want to know.) and I am not even sure if these older products can be sold in US. They have older labels with different colors, different names (called 'Oil Remover' and 'Cream'), and worst of all, no expiration date like other "new" ones. The supplier need to know that we are here in America, not Indonesia and our standard is high here. Please improve your quality control.

This product does what it says it will do - it really treated my acne; it worked quickly, and to maintain, all I did was use less of the acne product, and began using their vitamin e scrub gel and AHA Glycolic, which is fantastic stuff. The acne kit lasts a really long time, and uses natural sulfur, which I like. Sulfur worked to clear my acne when nothing else did - I have used proactive, murad, bedescu...they all have similar products, but I think the quality of the joesoef line is better, and it works better. I bought my acne kit direct from joesoef skin care online, and their customer care is great at giving advice on which products to use. They will even give you a customized regimen and send you free samples if you ask!

Worked great for my sister and I! Saw a difference in two weeks. They have a website and I reccommend emailing them for questions on using the product. The anti-aging kit is great too. The moisturizer is wonderful, none greasy and doesn't cause breakouts and has an spf of 30. Has great reviews at the allure forum
